Inspired by walking

I've been going on some amazing walks lately, and they are inspiring me in all sorts of ways. I not only sleep better at night, I also feel better in general, and have been coming up with ideas for writing and cooking, too.  Here's a photo of a cave I visited on a walk recently, and one with me in it!  Summer is just beginning and I'm looking forward to spending lots of time getting inspired by nature and exercise!

I wear my shorts

wreaths on the doors
and Christmas lights
